Embracing Hands Home Care, LLC offers care and assistance to senior citizens and people with disabilities. We ensure our customers get the best services in the heart of Georgia. Services we provide are:
Personal Care
We provide assistance in daily tasks such as dressing, grooming, and meals. Our staff are more than glad to help the elderly, people with disabilities, and other individuals who are unable to care for themselves.
Companion Care
This is primarily emotional support and companionship for seniors who are generally healthy and who want to remain independent at home.
Medication Assistance
We remind patients to take their medication, or help them get the correct dosage through assisting with self-administration of their medication.
Respite Care
We provide temporary care of sick, elderly, or and disabled individuals until their usual caregiver returns back to their position. We also give love one's a break in our partner homes when requested.
Live-In Care
We provide care to seniors who need around-the-clock assistance from a caregiver. Non-medical assistance includes shopping, ADL assistance, and medication reminders.
Private Duty Care
We provide care if your loved one has a short stay at a hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation center.
